Postgraduate Entrance Test in Architecture

The Council is conducting “Council of Architecture Postgraduate Entrance Test in Architecture” (PGETA) for admission to first year of 2-year Post-Graduate Degree Course.

PGETA Course shall be made in architectural institutions of candidates who qualify the entrance test conducted by Council. The Test is a single window mechanism to help the students to avoid appearing in multiple tests conducted all over India by different admission authorities and lay down minimum standards.

The Competent Authorities for admission to Post Graduate full time Degree programme shall devise a rational method to allot the weightage to the PG entrance test, qualifying entrance Test score, any other process like personal interviews etc

Schedule of Entrance Test

The candidates can appear for maximum of 2 attempts in PGETA 2025 in one academic year. The best score out of all the attempts shall be considered for declaration of results. The score of PGETA 2025 would be valid for a period of two academic years.
PGETA 2025 entrance Test shall be conducted as a computer based test (CBT) from the allocated center on Sunday(s).
