Special coaching classes according to the schedule are provided for developing sketching and perspective drawing skills. These classes are taken by well experienced panel of tutors. Architecture through formal class room teaching & practical field exposure can join the I-Arch (NATA COACHING CENTER). @ Coimbatore, Trichy, Chennai, Madurai.
The mock test is similar to NATA test and also time limiting. It also covers the syllabus of NATA /JEE and the test is from a large pool of questions.
NATA is designed in such a manner that prior tutelage is not required. COA is aware that the candidates will have no or minimal knowledge of architecture. NATA measures aptitude of the candidate in his / her aesthetic sensibilities (3D visualisation, logical understanding, etc.) and drawing skills that are in-built in every candidate and developed right from childhood to the present day. There will be certain questions on architectural awareness wherein candidates may be required to identify building of national or international importance. The candidate is expected to know about these structures through General Knowledge. The candidate may also prefer to update his knowledge on this by some reading, internet browsing or even by talking to architectural students, architects and other knowledgeable persons. In all probability, this will not be required. Those who want to have quality education for their productive career in Architecture through formal class room teaching & practical field exposure can join the I-Arch (NATA COACHING CENTER). @ Coimbatore, Trichy, Chennai, Madurai.
No. The candidate will have to register in India and give the test from any of the designated. Test centres of his / her choice in India. The qualification process for giving NATA stands the same. Admission will be given by the respective admission authorities according to the rules laid down by it for students of such category.
- Council of Architecture has brought about major changes in NATA 2017.
- Registration time slot had been pre-poned from December to January unlike the previous years. Registration closed in January . Nearly 10,000 students failed to register for NATA 2017 DUE TO LACK OF AWARENESS and hence were not able to appear for NATA 2017
- NATA exams were scheduled just after 15 days after the Board examinations and so the students absolutely had no time to prepare for NATA.
- Registration of NATA had many changes and it was not clear and so the students were badly affected by confusions
- Number of Students registered for NATA - 42,098
- Number of Students Appeared for NATA - 37,246
- Number of Students Qualified for NATA - 24,540
- Number of Students who failed to register for NATA - 10,000 approx
From the above statistics we understand that nearly 50% of the students who wished to appear for NATA were not able to clear NATA 2017 & join Architecture.
- These problems have affected the performance & future of students in many ways
- Students whose dream was to join Architecture were not even able to appear for NATA 2017 since they had not registered before the last date.
- Students whose dream was to get Top scores in NATA could not get Top scores due to lack of time & the number of attempt was only ONE.
- Students whose dream was to get Top scores in NATA could not get Top scores since NATA requires exclusive preparation.
- Students are normally busy preparing for the Board Examinations and miss the important dates of Registration of NATA exams.
- Students were not given a second chance for registration even after various attempts were made.
- Students were not able to understand & prepare for NATA after board exams as the time available was just 15 days.
- To get rid of all these problems and to get Top Scores in NATA 2018, The BEST solution is I-Arch
Reason & Solution to all these problems
Let us find a solution to all these problems. The main reason is lack of awareness. The best solution is to make them attend an Orientation. After they attend the orientation, they will be able to track the registration dates, understand the syllabus, how to prepare for the exams, when to prepare for the exams etc., The orientation completely educates them and they can plan well ahead and come out of all the pressures and problems in choosing their career.
Kindly give us a chance and we will do our best to help the students in preparing for their career
"The marks scored in the NATA Exam VS the 12th / Polytechnic Exams and the way of cut-off calculation procedure is shown in this section for your reference."
FOR MATRICULATION OUT OF 1200:
For Eg: If 12th Mark is 1100
How to Calculate Cut of B.Arch?
We have to convert Total 12th Mark for 200,
So 1100/6 = 183.3
Academic Average = 183.3/200
For Eg NATAMARK= 133/200
So Architecture Cut Of = 12th Mark in 200+ NATA Marks = 183.3+133=316
B.Arch Cut Off = 316/400
FOR CBSE:
For Eg: If 12th Mark is 417
Then How to Calculate Cut of B.Arch?
We have to Convert Total 12th Mark in to 200,
So 417/5*2 = 166.8
Academic Average = 166.8/200
For Eg NATAMARK = 135/200
So Architecture Cut Of = 12th Mark in 200+ NATA Marks = 166.8+ 135= 301.8
B.Arch Cut Off = 301.8/400
FOR POLYTECHNIC STUDENTS:
For Eg: If Your Over All Percentage is 85%
Then How to Calculate Cut of B.Arch?
We have to convert Total Percentage Mark in to 200,
So 85*2 = 170
Academic Average = 170/200
For Eg NATAMARK = 120/200
So Architecture Cut Of = Polytechnic Mark in 200+ NATA Marks = 170+ 120= 290
B.Arch Cut Off = 290/400
